Move, sweat, shake, and breathe in this one hour FREE dance class lead by local Pilates and Dance instructor Meg Heller. All you need is a library card and an open mind. Dance style is free, creative, and fun. NO dance experience necessary, just a willingness to move and have fun. Shoes required.
