In order to make requests for information standard across county government, the Otsego County Library Board of Trustees will follow the Otsego County's Written Public Summary of FOIA Procedures and Guidelines.  The Library Director is authorized to designate other Library staff to act on their behalf to accept and process written requests for the Library's public records.
