SERVICES When the library does not own a book that you need we can request the book from another library through the MelCat statewide delivery system. This service is free of charge to our patrons. Email ocl@otsego.org for more information. Internet Access
The
library has a 16 workstation computer lab with
free access to the Internet. You must present a driver's license, photo id, or
a library card in order to use a workstation. Every patron is limited to one
hour of use if people are waiting; two hours of use per day. The Johannesburg
and Vanderbilt Branches also have terminals available for use. Reference
